Account Manager

One of our clients is a Denver based, horticulture product producer and distributor. Due to a promotion, they are looking to add a collaborative, Account Management type to their Sales Team. Position plays a vital role in building and nurturing deep, lasting relationships with customers (high end nurseries, online retailers, Home & Garden retailers, flower and grass seed producers) going beyond selling seeds to offering tailored solutions that support the company's vision.

Will act as a trusted liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet the customer's needs. Will manage and grow a book of business by connecting with key executives and stakeholders, while also identifying and cultivating new customer accounts. Will attend industry trade shows as a key part of this position—providing valuable opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships, uncover new opportunities, and engage with fresh prospects. Travel is less than 10% of the time. Position is 100% on site.

BS / BA coupled with 2-5 years of horticulture / botany / floriculture / agriculture experience in sales, business development, growing , production, purchasing / supply chain, account management or customer service / support is highly desired. My client is also open to candidates that are looking to transition into a customer facing role.

$70K – $88K + Bonus + Profit Sharing Bonus + OT.
