Director of Production Operations (Title & Escrow) Pay: $125,000–$150,000 base, plus quarterly performance bonuses and milestone bonuses paid throughout the year

About us First Source Title is a multi-state title and escrow company headquartered in Pompano Beach, with offices in Florida, Ohio and Texas. Our order volume is growing faster than our current capacity, and we are building a dedicated production center at our Pompano Beach headquarters to meet it.

The role We are looking for a hands-on operations leader to build and run that center. You will hire and train the team, design the workflows, and own production quality and turn times. This is a leadership role, not a file-processing role, though you will step in to train and solve complex files during launch. You will report to the CEO.

What you will do

• Build the production center from the ground up: staffing plan, org structure, workflows and launch timeline
• Recruit, hire, onboard and train processors, examiners and production staff within an approved budget
• Design and document standard workflows for title production, curative and closing preparation across multiple states
• Set and track production KPIs, including turn times, accuracy, productivity and cost per file
• Run quality control and audit-ready processes in line with underwriter guidelines, RESPA/TRID and ALTA Best Practices
• Coach team leads, run performance reviews and build a culture of accountability
• Partner with sales, escrow and client support so files move cleanly from order to closing
• Work with our software platforms and vendors to automate and streamline production
• Report regularly to leadership on volume, capacity, staffing needs and performance

What you bring

• 7+ years in title and escrow, including 3+ years leading production or operations teams
• A track record of building or scaling a team, department or new office
• Strong knowledge of title search, examination, curative, commitments and closing preparation
• Multi-state production experience; Florida experience strongly preferred
• Experience with a title production platform such as ResWare or Qualia
• Comfort with metrics, budgets and workflow design
• Clear, direct communication and the ability to hire and develop people
• Florida title agent license, or the ability to obtain one, preferred
