About Hussh
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information — especially private personal information — a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI: Private Agent One, iMoney (the money app, production launch December 27, 2026), the puppy home supercomputer (orders open October 31, 2026), the Hussh Shops opening in America’s wealthiest neighborhoods, and the agent marketplace where every selling agent in the country will list, connect, and serve customers with consent. The asset manager runs permanent capital on the world’s fastest growers of absolute free cash flow.
We are 100% privately owned and profitable — founder-funded, no outside investors, no board demanding growth at any cost. Growth here has one master: the customer getting more value than they paid for. And we hire the best and pay the best — this seat is priced at the top of the market because it carries the whole number. The machine you build runs on the company’s bets: AI in the biggest manner, personal superintelligence for everybody, distributed distributor-first through the marketplace, the Shops, and our partners — and every dollar of revenue must become shareholder equity for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. Brand, culture, and values are revenue assets here, guarded like the number.
The role
Mission: the number. Every dollar of commercial revenue, owned, forecasted, and hit.
Motion exists. The founder has sold everything so far. Regional Business Managers are being hired in Washington, California, New York, and Florida. The founding sales cohort has the first playbooks. Your job is to turn that motion into math — one revenue architecture across enterprise sales, the marketplace, the stores, consumer and SMB growth, channel sales, and the Aloha media and books business — and to build the Ace Force, the best salesforce in the world, on top of it.
Candidly: our plan originally seated this role last, after the machine was built. The founder has moved it to first. That means you inherit a working motion, not a finished one — and you get to design the machine yourself instead of inheriting someone else’s. The regional pods and every quota-carrier in the company ultimately roll up to you.
What you’ll do
– Write the revenue architecture: segments, targets, pricing execution, the first honest scoreboard — what we sell, to whom, for how much, and how we’ll know.
– Own the forecast: one CRM (we run Attio) telling the truth, a cadence the CEO can plan against. No revenue by hope.
– Lead every revenue line: enterprise and institutional sales (Private Agent One, iMoney for RIAs and wealth managers, puppy fleets), the agent marketplace, the Hussh Shops, channel and partner-sourced revenue — one scoreboard, no double-counted credit.
– Hire the Ace Force to the bar, not to the plan: the first ten quota-carriers, regional leaders included, each one raising the average.
– Guard the doctrine with your own signature on it: we never sell a user’s data, never use dark patterns, never sell what doesn’t exist yet. You will walk away from revenue that violates this — and be backed, publicly, when you do.
What success looks like in 6 months
– A pipeline that forecasts within a range the CEO can plan against — the number is a number, not a narrative.
– Early revenue lines growing month over month, with retention you can defend line by line.
– The revenue architecture is written and running: segments, territories, quotas, and the regional pods reporting into one scoreboard.
– The Ace Force is taking shape — first quota-carriers hired to the bar, and the founders’ selling load is visibly moving onto your machine.
What you bring — musts
– You have scaled revenue from zero to $100M+ — built the machine, not just carried the biggest bag. Ideally across both consumer/self-serve and enterprise motions; we need both.
– You have owned a number and hit it across multiple years — not one lucky year.
– You build systems — playbooks, onboarding, RevOps — rather than depending on heroics, including your own.
– You sell what exists, never the roadmap. The product team’s trust is your license to sell, and you protect it like revenue.
Nice to have
– Marketplace or platform revenue: two-sided motions where supply and demand both have to be sold.
– Retail or flagship-store revenue leadership — physical rooms that carry a number.
– The luxury-ecosystem fluency our customers live in: the dealers, advisors, and institutions who serve the wealthy.
What we offer
OTE of $467,000–$600,000 (60/40 base/variable) and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest — ownership in a company that is privately owned, profitable, and answerable to its customers alone. At full build your organization is 35–50 people across six functions. You will design it. We pay the best because this seat is the difference between a company with revenue and a company with a story about revenue.
