IPRG Paid Broker Development Program — Sales Analyst Position
IPRG has closed over $4 billion in NYC investment sales transactions, averaging one to two closings every week. We’re opening seats across our top-producing teams and being deliberate about who we bring into the business.
We recruit ambitious professionals who want to build a career in investment sales but need the stability of a salary while they develop. Participants spend 12–24 months learning underwriting, prospecting, marketing, and client advisory while working alongside top producers. The goal is simple: graduate into a full-time investment sales broker with an existing pipeline and the skills to succeed.
THE ROLE
The Broker Development Program is a 12–24 month paid training and development program designed to prepare the next generation of NYC investment sales brokers.
You’ll spend three days per week embedded with a top-producing investment sales team, working on active assignments, underwriting deals, supporting transactions, and learning the business directly from experienced brokers. The other two days are dedicated to prospecting and brokerage activity, where you’ll begin building your own pipeline and origination skills from day one.
Every hire completes the same 12-week onboarding program as our investment sales associates, including daily training, role-plays, workshops, and practical instruction in cold calling, property valuation, and deal negotiation.
This is not a passive analyst role. It is a production-oriented training environment that leads directly into full brokerage responsibility.
Upon successful completion of the program, candidates graduate into a full-production investment sales broker role.
