A leading international bank is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Planning to support its Americas region. This is a high-impact strategic role sitting at the intersection of business planning, governance, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in banking strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and driving organizational initiatives across complex, matrixed environments.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned banking professional with a strong background in business planning, budgeting, and strategic execution. They are a natural communicator who can translate complex data into executive-ready insights and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership. This individual is comfortable operating across cultures, navigating ambiguity, and building influential internal and external networks.

Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or intelligence within a banking or financial services environment
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance scorecards
- Experience working in a matrix organizational structure with cross-regional responsibilities
- Proven ability to develop and cascade strategic initiatives from senior leadership down through business units
- Excellent executive communication skills, including preparation of reports, memos, and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in corporate governance frameworks and compliance with group-level policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
