Your Journey to Success
The Revenue Operations Manager owns the alignment of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, process, data, and technology, this role ensures the revenue engine runs smoothly, data is reliable, and go‑to‑market teams are fully aligned around growth goals.
Your Mission
- Process Alignment & Optimization
- Standardize and document end‑to‑end processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks from lead through renewal and expansion
- Define and optimize handoffs between teams (SDR → AE → CS)
- Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM and marketing automation data
- Own reporting and dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, retention, and churn
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decision‑making
- Ensure KPI and metric consistency across all GTM teams
- Technology & Tools Ownership
- Administer and optimize tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and related GTM systems
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new revenue technologies
- Train teams to drive adoption, best practices, and ROI
- Forecasting & Revenue Planning
- Support revenue forecasting, territory design, and quota modeling
- Partner with Finance on capacity planning, headcount modeling, and budgeting alignment
- Cross‑Functional Enablement
- Ensure campaigns, sales plays, and customer success initiatives align with revenue goals
- Create and maintain enablement assets including playbooks, dashboards, and process documentation
- Governance & Compliance
- Enforce data governance and process compliance across GTM teams
- Monitor pipeline hygiene, SLA adherence (e.g., lead follow‑up), and contract accuracy
What Sets You Apart
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify efficiency and growth opportunities
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience required; Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ (required)
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools
- System and release management experience, including sandboxes and DevOps processes
- Strong analytical background with experience leveraging BI or revenue operations data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with managers and executive leadership
