Compensation:

$80,000 base + $100,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

Leadership

  • Manage and develop our Intake and Client Care Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management

  • Set clear team targets, review results weekly, and coach to close the gaps

  • Report sales and marketing performance to firm leadership and recommend where to invest next

Sales

  • Own the consultation pipeline: Manage every lead from first contact through retained client, with defined stages, follow-up cadences, and no lead left behind

  • Build a consultative sales process: Develop scripts, qualifying questions, and objection-handling approaches that help prospective clients make confident decisions without pressure

  • Coach for conversion: Run regular call reviews, role-plays, and one-on-ones that improve how the team listens, qualifies, and books consultations

  • Partner with attorneys: Work with our attorneys to improve consult-to-retainer conversion, including pre-consultation preparation, post-consultation follow-up, and fee and payment conversations

  • Recover lost opportunities: Build follow-up systems for missed calls, no-shows, and undecided prospects

Marketing

  • Own the marketing strategy: Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, allocating spend based on what produces retained clients rather than just leads

  • Run digital acquisition: Manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and paid social campaigns, including targeting, ad copy, landing pages, and optimization

  • Grow organic visibility: Oversee SEO, Google Business Profile, website content, and review generation

  • Build the brand: Keep our messaging consistent, compassionate, and clearly distinct in our market

  • Develop referral channels: Build relationships with therapists, financial advisors, mediators, and other attorneys who refer family law clients

  • Manage vendors and agencies: Hold marketing partners accountable for measurable results

  • Stay compliant: Make sure all advertising meets State Bar of Texas attorney advertising rules

How We'll Measure Success

  • Sales: lead response time, contact rate, consultation booking and show rates, consult-to-retainer conversion, and pipeline follow-up completion

  • Marketing: cost per lead and cost per retained client by channel, marketing ROI, search and map rankings, and review volume and ratings

Qualifications:

What You Bring

Leadership

  • 2+ years of direct team management, with a track record of coaching people to measurably better performance

Sales

  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience in a high-trust, emotionally sensitive, or relationship-driven setting (legal, healthcare, financial services, senior care, or similar)

  • A proven record of hitting and exceeding conversion or revenue targets, with numbers you can share

  • Experience designing sales processes, scripts, and pipeline stages rather than just following them

  • Skill at teaching others to qualify, handle objections, and close with empathy

  • Strong CRM discipline, with experience in Clio Grow, Lawmatics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Marketing

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in legal or professional services

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and local SEO

  • Experience managing a budget and tying spend to revenue, not just clicks

  • Strong writing skills for ad copy, web content, and client messaging

  • Familiarity with legal marketing ethics or a willingness to learn quickly

Across the Role

  • Comfort with dashboards and weekly performance tracking

  • Calm, empathetic communication and the backbone to hold a team accountable
