Vice President, Product Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This executive will shape the market story, positioning, and launch strategy for a sophisticated B2B software business. The role will partner closely with go-to-market teams, product leadership, and customer-facing functions to translate technical capabilities into differentiated value. This leader will also guide how AI-enabled offerings are positioned, communicated, and brought to market in a way that drives measurable revenue impact.

Location: Austin, TX – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product and technology to support effective differentiation
  • Translate customer pain points into clear, quantifiable value propositions
  • Own and articulate the strategic narrative and competitive positioning
  • Lead successful product launches by coordinating across customer touchpoints
  • Utilize AI tools to provide tailored content for go-to-market teams
  • Create industry-specific messaging and proof points for priority buyers
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies to align customer value with revenue goals

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software product marketing, SaaS preferred
  • Proven track record of creating differentiated positioning and driving measurable outcomes
  • Experience with AI-focused product positioning in evolving markets
  • Deep technical understanding of AI technology and its applications
  • Strong leadership skills managing large, high-performing product marketing teams at $500M+ ARR organizations
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market teams and drive alignment
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for impactful storytelling
