Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Director of FP&A | Greater Cleveland Area

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a private equity-backed organization to identify a high-impact Director of FP&A. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys working on complex financial analysis, transactions, and strategic initiatives.

Key Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Approximately 5-10 years of progressive finance experience

• Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets, or Commercial Banking preferred

• Experience analyzing large datasets and high transaction volumes

• Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, forecasting, and presentation skills

• Exposure to acquisitions, deals, lending, or capital markets activities is highly desired

• Manufacturing exposure is a plus, but deep financial analysis experience is the priority

• Proven ability to be a hands-on contributor, not just oversee the work of others
