A mid-size food manufacturer near Geneva is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for their growing team. Supporting commercial finance, this newly created role will report to the VP of Finance and will partner with the sales team to drive forecasts, support reporting of commercial results w/m/q, support new product pricing, variance analysis on price/volume/mix, assist in building annual sales plans, and research/recommend technical tools to help drive efficiencies.
What gets the conversation started?
- 4+ years well-round FP&A experience within a commercial finance context (pricing, analysis, reporting, etc.)
- Product-based background
- Strong communication skills
- CPG and PowerBI experience are a +++
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
