Help educators discover what hands-on learning can do.
PCS Edventures creates hands-on STEAM learning experiences and career-focused drone curriculum for schools and education programs. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn compelling products into effective campaigns—and turn campaign results into better decisions.
You’ll lead the daily work of a small marketing team, coordinate contractors and agencies, and personally execute campaigns across email, paid search, websites, webinars, and events. Your work will support PCS Edventures and Drone Pathways, helping educators discover our products, understand their value, and take the next step toward purchase.
This role offers meaningful ownership and close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, IT, and company leadership. You’ll help set priorities, keep work moving, and show how marketing contributes to growth.
What you’ll do:
Build campaigns that create sales opportunities
- Develop a practical marketing plan and campaign calendar aligned with product priorities, education purchasing cycles, and sales goals.
- Execute connected campaigns across email, paid search, organic search, social media, webinars, conferences, and partner channels.
- Create audience-specific messaging and offers, including curriculum samples, demonstrations, educator resources, and customer stories.
- Support repeat purchases, program expansion, and re-engagement of existing customers.
- Partner with Sales to define qualified leads, improve handoffs, and use customer feedback to refine campaigns.
Put HubSpot and marketing data to work
- Build and maintain HubSpot emails, workflows, segmented lists, forms, landing pages, and campaign reports.
- Test lead capture and routing, monitor performance, and resolve issues with Sales and IT.
- Maintain accurate contact data, useful nurture programs, and clear campaign documentation.
- Explain what’s working, what needs attention, and what you recommend doing next.
Improve advertising and website performance
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and agency relationships within an approved budget.
- Evaluate targeting, messaging, spending, conversion tracking, and lead quality.
- Improve product pages, landing pages, calls to action, and inquiry forms across edventures.com and dronepathways.com.
- Test campaign and website improvements, applying findings to future work.
- Coordinate SEO and explore opportunities to improve discovery through AI-assisted search.
Lead people and deliver the work
- Set priorities, assign responsibilities, and provide clear feedback to marketing staff and contractors.
- Manage projects from initial brief through launch, follow-up, and evaluation.
- Maintain consistent messaging and quality across digital content, catalogs, sales materials, and event promotions.
- Coordinate with Product Development to ensure accurate product information and launch readiness.
- Track budgets, vendor commitments, and deadlines; raise risks early and recommend solutions.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, including ownership of campaigns from planning through results.
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, including email, workflows, segmentation, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
- Experience generating qualified leads and using data to improve campaign performance.
- Experience managing paid search campaigns or working directly with an advertising agency.
- Experience leading staff, contractors, or cross-functional projects.
- Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Strong writing, project management, and communication skills.
- The ability to balance planning and analysis with personally getting work done.
Experience that would help
- Marketing education products, curriculum, or services to schools and districts.
- Familiarity with STEAM, CTE, afterschool programs, or education purchasing cycles.
- Direct people management and coaching.
- Webinar and conference marketing, customer lifecycle campaigns, or website conversion testing.
- Relevant HubSpot or Google certifications.
We welcome candidates with a related degree or equivalent professional experience.
How you’ll succeed
