Product Marketing Manager

On Site Full TimeNew York, United StatesseRevel

seRevel sells to Sales Engineers and the leaders who run them. They can smell filler from across the room, and so do we: nearly every customer came from an SE telling another SE, and we have never bought an ad. You’ll build product marketing here from zero, owning positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement so the story is as sharp as the product and easy for SEs to repeat to their VP.

What you will do

  • Own positioning and messaging for seRevel across the site, the product, and sales conversations, including landing pages, integration stories, and comparison pages, in a voice SEs trust.
  • Run launches end to end: narrative, release notes, demo storyline, and the enablement the team has in hand before the feature ships.
  • Build enablement that survives a real POC conversation: battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling, and demo scripts.
  • Track the presales tooling landscape and turn it into honest guidance on where we win, where we don’t, and what to say about it.
  • Talk to SEs and SE leaders every week, then feed what you hear back into messaging and the product roadmap.
  • Translate features like AI coaching, use-case intelligence, and customer portals into outcomes a VP of Sales Engineering will pay for. Our line is ‘AI assists, never replaces.’ You keep us honest to it.

What we are looking for

  • Product marketing experience for B2B software, or years as a Sales Engineer who wrote the positioning and enablement your team actually used. Either way, work you can show.
  • A real understanding of the SE workflow: POCs, technical evaluations, demos, and the pressure of a deal on the line.
  • Strong writing. Direct, concrete, no filler. You can turn a feature into a reason to care in one sentence.
  • Enough technical depth to explain our integrations (Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams) and what AI-native means without the hype.
  • Comfort building a function with a small team and no playbook. You decide what matters and ship it.

Nice to have

  • Both sides of the table: time as a Sales Engineer or SE leader, then product marketing.
  • Product marketing for presales, sales engineering, or revenue tooling specifically.
  • Experience running a competitive intelligence or win/loss program.
