Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (Stamford)

Director of FP&A – 3 month Contract, Opportunity to Convert

We’re partnering with a global travel technology company seeking a contract Manager of FP&A to cover for a Mat-Leave, and help spearhead their AI automation adoption, and Pigment implementation.

This is a hands-on role translating financial planning requirements into practical models, improving budgeting and forecasting workflows, and helping the finance team adopt the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day FP&A
• Lead the Pigment implementation & adoption
• Build and validate financial models, reporting, and planning workflows.
• Oversee data migration, testing, and user training.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning throughout the rollout.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong FP&A leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Pigment or similar AI tools
• Ability to translate complex finance requirements into effective systems and processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

This is a 3-month contract to start, with opportunity to convert into a full-time role!

Candidate’s must be able to travel to an office in Boston or Stamford 2 days/week. Flexible hourly rate + benefits provided!
