VP Global Customer Retention & Growth Marketing

TeamViewer seeks a VP, Customer & Retention Marketing to own post-sale engagement for a global SMB/long-tail base. You will design scalable retention programs, onboard and onboard customers, and partner with Product to shape the post-sale experience and reduce churn at scale.

You will lead a team focused on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, building data-driven segmentation and automated communication across the customer lifecycle while driving renewals and revenue growth.
