Senior Manager, Product Operations – Content Management & DAM

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Product Operations – Content Management & DAM will play a critical role in enabling the successful adoption, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Content Management and Digital Asset Management products.

You will partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, content teams, and other cross-functional partners to translate product strategy into effective operational practices and scalable adoption.

You will serve as a bridge between product strategy and execution—ensuring users are enabled, product operations run effectively, feedback is translated into actionable improvements, and the value of our Content Management and DAM capabilities is realized across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Drive Product Enablement & Adoption: Develop and execute enablement strategies for Content Management and DAM products, including onboarding, training, communications, playbooks, office hours, and adoption programs.

Establish Product Operations: Build and manage core product operating mechanisms, including intake and prioritization, roadmap coordination, release readiness, dependency tracking, issue management, stakeholder communications, and product performance reporting.

Advance DAM & Content Management Practices: Partner with product and business teams to improve content lifecycle management, metadata, taxonomy, asset governance, search and discovery, content reuse, and publishing workflows.

Drive Operational Excellence: Define scalable processes, governance, roles, and ways of working that enable Content Management and DAM capabilities to operate effectively across teams and markets.

Lead Launch & Release Readiness: Coordinate stakeholder alignment, communications, training, documentation, change-impact assessment, launch readiness, and post-launch support for new capabilities and releases.

Measure Adoption & Value: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure product adoption, user engagement, content reuse, operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and business value. Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

Champion the Voice of the User: Build mechanisms to capture user feedback, needs, and pain points. Synthesize insights and partner with Product Managers to translate them into product enhancements and roadmap priorities.

Coordinate Across Functions: Work across Product, Engineering, Content, Data, Marketing, and business teams to manage dependencies, resolve operational challenges, and drive execution against shared priorities.

Enable Organizational Change: Support change associated with new content capabilities, processes, and ways of working, helping teams successfully transition to new tools and workflows.

Build Product Knowledge & Documentation: Maintain operating procedures, enablement materials, FAQs, release communications, playbooks, and other resources needed to support users and product teams.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, improve content quality and reuse, and increase the overall effectiveness of Content Management and DAM products.
