If you have spent time in retail, hospitality or food service, you already know how to read a conversation and respond to what someone actually needs. That skill is the foundation of this role.
No industry experience or degree is required. What you have learned face to face with customers transfers directly to the work here.
What you will do each day:
- Reach out to prospective clients by phone to schedule appointments with licensed agents
- Confirm upcoming meetings and prepare relevant notes for the agent
- Follow up with contacts who missed a call or need more time before deciding
- Update records and keep scheduling information accurate across the system
- Coordinate with your team to cover appointment volume and maintain a steady calendar
Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility.
You will work alongside experienced team members who provide guidance as you learn the process. Training covers outreach, scheduling tools and client communication so you are prepared before you begin working independently.
Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage.
