Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Events Marketing Manager, Audience Engagement to join our dynamic team supporting Client events. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multi-channel digital marketing, campaign management, data-driven analysis, and audience growth and a proven ability to drive registrations and engagement for live medical education events, with a focus on oncology.

Responsibilities:

• Create omni-channel marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and participation for healthcare professional live events.
• Implement and monitor campaigns to achieve attendee, registration, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with product management to forecast, track, and optimize program performance and registration drivers.
• Partner with Data Analytics to develop quarterly reports on event performance.
• Coordinate and execute tactics across internal teams and partner channels per marketing plans.
• Collaborate with social media specialists to plan and publish posts that support event goals.
• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to inform decisions and improve channel performance.
• Create and disseminate summary reports, including email and onsite channel performance updates, to stakeholders.
• Interface with Sales and internal teams to diagnose and address program performance issues.
• Share channel data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve email and social media engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience in multi-channel campaign execution and optimization.
• Proven marketing strategy and campaign management capability with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional teamwork.
• Demonstrated project management, organization, and operational execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead and own projects with minimal oversight.
• Education: BA/BS in Marketing or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with direct-to-physician marketing and HCP audience development.
• Background in healthcare, oncology events, CME, or medical education marketing.
