Senior Financial Analyst (North Vernon)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support plant accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting at a manufacturing facility. The role will initially provide maternity leave coverage, with potential for a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end reports.
• Support standard costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Support audits, capital projects, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with plant operations and corporate finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• ERP system experience; QAD/MFG-PRO preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
• Cost accounting experience preferred.

Additional Details: Initial training is 100% on-site. Hybrid flexibility may be available after training. Background check and drug screening required. Safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses are required in production areas.
