As a People Ops & Systems Lead, you will build and lead the global people operations infrastructure, scaling from 1,000 to 1,500+ employees in 2026 and expanding into new international markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience at high-growth tech companies
  • Deep expertise in compensation philosophy, strategy, and methodology
  • Proven track record building and scaling Total Rewards functions from early stage through maturity
  • Strong experience with international Total Rewards — compensation localization, global benefits design, mobility programs, and navigating complex regulatory environments across multiple countries
  • Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management
  • Strategic and analytical depth with strong financial acumen
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Systems and operational rigor — hands-on experience implementing and optimizing HRIS, compensation management platforms, and analytics infrastructure to enable scalability
  • Excellent judgment navigating complexity, ambiguity, and tradeoffs
