We are seeking a Director of People Operations to lead the design and execution of People Operations programs across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee experience.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of People Operations experience, including 3-5+ years in HR Business Partner roles
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in Healthcare or digital health highly desirable
