Role Overview
The Direct-to-Consumer Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute a high-performing consumer acquisition program, navigating key paid channels to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate has successfully managed consumer growth engines and understands the importance of a full-funnel approach.
What You Will Do
Manage an integrated omnichannel presence, drive growth across paid social media, paid search and app store ecosystems, and track, analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics.

Requirements
- 5 or more years of hands-on marketing for DTC/B2C audiences and ecommerce products
- Proven success in paid channel execution and performance
- High proficiency in leading platforms/tools for social media, search and app stores
- Full-funnel channel practitioner with knowledge of campaign strategy/development, customer segmentation/targeting and A/B testing
Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000-$120,000
- Remote position located in the United States
