Manager, Product Operations

The Product Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of Product at Windfall’s San Francisco headquarters, working closely with engineering, data science, and customer success teams. This role will involve streamlining internal processes, creating analysis, and communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Actively managing a team of Product Operation Analysts and ensuring that work meets high standards, quality, and accuracy
• Managing upwards to ensure alignment and cohesion of project plans and cross-functional initiatives
• Aggregating data from several sources to generate accurate analysis for your own individual contributor work
• Generating visualizations leveraging different technologies to be included in slide decks and dashboards and auditing the work of the team
• Constructing slide decks from inception to effectively communicate results to various internal & external stakeholders
• Performing focused research on US households to help validate our model and dataset
• Gathering training data that will help us improve Windfall’s data asset
• Creating custom segments for our customers based on different heuristics
• Standardizing and transforming customer data in numerous formats for internal processing
