Lead, Marketing Technology & Operations role at Window Nation responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure behind marketing performance, ensuring accurate data, reliable tracking, and seamless integrations across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or revenue operations with direct ownership of systems and/or campaign infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking, tag configuration, QA, and debugging across multiple campaigns or platforms.
- Hands-on experience working within a CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot…) supporting lead tracking, routing, and/or marketing attribution.
- Proven experience building and maintaining integrations across multiple platforms using APIs, webhooks, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end data flow (click → lead → CRM) and ensuring data accuracy across the systems.
