Growth Projects Manager

Role Overview

The Growth Projects Manager will support the development and implementation of key growth initiatives across Spain, working closely with the Growth Director for Spain. The role combines business analysis, strategic planning, and project coordination, and involves working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating activities across different business functions.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include supporting the identification and assessment of new business and growth opportunities, participating in developing partnership proposals, conducting market research, and translating approved initiatives into structured implementation plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within higher education, consulting, strategy, business development, or project management.
• Good understanding of the higher education and university sector.
• Previous experience in healthcare education would be an advantage.
• Experience in business analysis, market research, and strategic or business planning.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills, including the ability to manage timelines, milestones, and competing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across different business functions.
• Higher education qualifications relevant to the responsibilities of the position.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Fluent English.
