Customer Experience Student Worker

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Part-Time Student will be responsible for coordinating with internal functions, including supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT. The role will work directly in multiple systems and gain experience in both business acumen and order fulfillment.

What You Will Do

The student will be responsible for managing daily and project work, working with SAP, a large ERP system, and networking opportunities.

This position will provide the student with formal orientation and onboarding, individualized development and feedback, regular interface with site leadership, and experience working in a customer experience operations environment.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university, working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or closely related major
• Overall and within major GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• The ability to manage multiple tasks while paying close attention to details
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can maintain a high degree of accuracy / interaction with multiple departments while coordinating shipments / customer requests
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
