The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn it into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations, etc.) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. The role involves managing technical scope, gathering information, building relationships, and providing sales data, proposals, and account reviews.
Requirements
- Managing the technical scope of the project in line with the requirements at all stages
- Gathering information from various sources (data warehouses, database, data integration and modelling) and interpreting patterns and trends
- Developing record management process and policies
- Building and maintaining relationships at all levels within the client base and understanding their requirements.
- Providing sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews to the client base
- Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Setting up and maintaining automated data processes
- Identifying, evaluating and implementing external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
- Producing and tracking key performance indicators
- Analyzing the data sets and providing adequate information
- Liaising with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
- Designing and carrying out surveys and analyzing survey data as per the customer requirement
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets relating to customer’s business and preparing reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
- Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualization to showcase business performance and also provide sector and competitor benchmarking
- Mining and analyzing large datasets, drawing valid inferences and presenting them successfully to management using a reporting tool
- Developing predictive models and sharing insights with the clients as per their requirement
