Requirements
- Contribute to RFPs by shaping compelling design narratives, solution concepts, and visual artifacts to support business development
- Lead and manage a team of creative professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and communicating project updates and progress
- Allocate resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
- Ensure that all creative work meets the company’s standards for quality, creativity, and brand consistency
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Work closely with other departments to align creative projects with overall business objectives
- Track project performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management on project status, budget utilization, and key performance indicators
