Outside Sales Manager

Outside Sales Manager will lead a team of sales and account management representatives to generate profitable revenue and improve revenue quality through price and service decisions.

Requirements

  • Manage the Area’s proactive account retention program
  • Maintain and reinforce the corporate retention strategy and design
  • Demonstrate outstanding management and customer service skills
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Supervise activities of the Sales and Retention Department
  • Maintain an ongoing training, coaching and mentoring program
  • Work with the Area Sales Manager to communicate and effectively manage the Area’s price increase strategies
  • Effectively manage, maintain and ensure the use of WM sales tools
  • Analyze lost business trends and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide expert industry knowledge and interpretation of regulations to retention team and customers
  • Regularly meet with customer executives to ensure client needs are being met and expectations are exceeded
  • Interviews and recruits qualified candidates for retention positions
