Role Overview
Support the sales process from lead generation to customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Manage customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, schedule appointments, maintain CRM, follow up on quotes, coordinate with operations and service teams, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales or service technicians
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and sales data
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to close sales and improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking KPIs
- Support marketing campaigns by handling incoming leads and tracking performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
