Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of strategic retail partners and single-vendor businesses across categories such as bakeries, butcher shops, delis, specialty food chains, and national retail brands. Act as a trusted growth partner to merchants, driving revenue opportunities, identifying expansion potential, and leading strategic business conversations with decision-makers.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of large retail partners and single-vendor businesses across multiple categories, drive revenue growth, lead strategic and performance-driven business conversations, and support onboarding and activation of new retail partners on the Wolt platform.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, retail partnerships, customer success, or other commercially focused client-facing roles
- Proven ability to drive business growth, influence stakeholders, and manage commercial relationships
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with confidence leading growth-oriented conversations with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify revenue opportunities and performance drivers
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- High responsiveness, adaptability, and execution skills
- Fluent in Hebrew
