Director, Financial Planning

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Director, Financial Planning to lead financial planning and analysis activities across the organization.

Lead and develop a team of finance managers and financial planning professionals, drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, and provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or strategic finance leadership roles
• Proven experience leading managers and developing high-performing finance teams
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Experience operating within a complex, multinational organization is preferred
• Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent) is advantageous
