Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support audience growth, customer expansion, and commercial objectives across Wood Mackenzie’s Natural Resources portfolio. The role will involve developing and maintaining audience campaign strategies, creating and managing campaign briefs, and defining and refining campaign messaging. The successful candidate will also be responsible for owning campaign goals, KPIs, and budget management, leading campaign planning and orchestration, and driving channel planning and optimisation.
What You Will Do
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director to take ownership of campaign management across its full lifecycle, spanning audience strategy, campaign planning and orchestration, channel optimisation, journey management, and sales interlock. The role will also involve collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, digital, and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that resonate with target personas within whitespace opportunities and move them through the buyer’s journey.

Requirements
- Experience executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing campaign delivery from briefing through to execution
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, lead generation programmes, or customer marketing initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to execution excellence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, matrixed teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
