WoodmenLife is looking for a Recruiting Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to recruit, develop, and inspire a team of independent contracted representatives while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.
What You Will Do
As a Recruiting Sales Manager, you will set and achieve annual recruiting goals for your territory, build meaningful relationships with representatives, and oversee representative performance.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring a high school diploma, at least 12 months of experience as a WoodmenLife representative, and proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 12 months of experience as a WoodmenLife representative (or equivalent)
- FIC designation (or willingness to obtain)
- State licensing and continuing education requirements
