Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Associate MMS is responsible for independently managing and executing tactical marketing activities associated with BD Canada. The role will work as part of a cross-functional and collaborative team that is responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy with respect to customer engagements.

What You Will Do

The marketing operations associate will gain valuable skills in developing competencies in marketing execution, communication, and business acumen. This role will focus on enhancing our brand at conferences and customer engagements, managing capital equipment logistics across the acute care and retail pharmacy space, and oversight of the MMS Customer Experience Centre ensuring high-quality customer experience and alignment with brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma/Certificate
  • Minimum of 1-3 years sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of the Canadian Healthcare space
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, including Salesforce, and their application in marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong strategic planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to design and implement efficient team-wide processes
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify alternative approaches and drive successful outcomes
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment around marketing priorities
