Senior Solutions Engineer, GTM Engineering

Role Overview

Workstream is a mission-driven company building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. The Senior Solutions Engineer will design and build custom integrations that connect Workstream to the payroll, scheduling, and back-office systems our customers already run.

What You Will Do

You’ll design and build the custom integrations, run customer meetings to gather technical requirements, provide ongoing technical support, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development, including hands-on integration or API work
• Demonstrated experience with AI Coding and Python fluency
• Experience with version control (GitHub) and modern development fundamentals
• Experience with workflow automation tooling
• Proven history of direct customer interaction in a technical role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
