Role Overview
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for oversight of reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities. This role evaluates business performance, identifies emerging risks, and translates financial and operational results into actionable insights for senior leadership.
What You Will Do
Develop executive-level reporting, support earnings preparation, contribute to ad hoc financial analyses, and collaborate with support function department heads to develop budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited university
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Intermediate understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with Oracle, Tagetik, SAP, Hyperion or similar financial systems
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
