Sr. Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for oversight of the consolidation, reporting, analysis and forecasting activities. This position will gain exposure to various areas in the business and levels of management as you maintain/develop reporting for the senior leadership team and SG&A stakeholders to monitor performance trends against defined KPI’s that drive strategic decisions.

What You Will Do

Perform variance analysis, collaborate with support function department heads, contribute to ad hoc financial analyses, maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process, identify and implement scalable improvements to financial reporting processes, support the external reporting team and internal/external auditors, and support the integration of acquisitions into the existing financial reporting environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analyst role
• Intermediate understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with Oracle, Tagetik, SAP, Hyperion or similar financial systems
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
