Product Owner – Martech Platforms

Role Overview

As the Product Owner for a portfolio of focused digital and MarCom platforms, you will help prioritize enhancements, administration, optimization, and stakeholder needs across solutions that complement our MarTech stack. This role combines practical technical understanding, project coordination, and knowledge of marketing and communications to deliver reliable, well-governed digital experiences that support WSP’s business objectives.

What You Will Do

Define and maintain practical roadmaps for a portfolio of focused platforms, balancing business value, operational needs, technical dependencies, stakeholder demand, and available capacity. Act as the primary liaison with platform subject matter experts, business owners, IT partners, and vendors to support governance, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in digital product or project management, preferable in a B2B organization
• Experience with MarTech platforms
• Experience with agentic AI is a strong asset
• Generalist understanding of digital platforms, integrations, APIs, data privacy, permissions, reporting, and vendor-supported solutions
• Familiarity with product ownership practices, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and digital experience principles
• Ability to assess when a platform requires light MarTech stewardship versus deeper technical, architectural, or specialist support
• Excellent communication in English and French
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, collaborative mindset and curious
