Role Overview
Build and maintain relationships with HR and Compensation & Benefits stakeholders in Vietnam, engage clients to understand their business context and workforce priorities, and support client discussions to clarify needs and challenges.
What You Will Do
Take lead initiative in business development activities, develop understanding of client needs, identify potential areas for WTW W&R solutions, lead follow-up on opportunities, and maintain client engagement.
