Role Overview

Support the growth and positioning of the Natural Resources practice in Mexico through business development activities, client relationship management, and internal coordination.

What You Will Do

Perform daily business development activities, including prospecting, relationship development, presentation preparation, participation in client meetings, opportunity tracking, and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic industry associations.
  • Support the development of commercial and marketing materials for clients, prospects, and industry initiatives.
  • Participate in events, conferences, and relevant activities of associations to increase WTW’s visibility in the sector.
  • Coordinate with Retail Placement and Reinsurance teams to support placement processes and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Participate in placement meetings and follow up on ongoing activities, supporting negotiation of better terms and conditions when applicable.
  • Support Customer Management teams as needed and participate in follow-up meetings with Natural Resources clients.
  • Prepare information and materials required for internal meetings at both specialty and country levels.
  • Support the preparation of Insurance Program Evaluation Reports and other consulting projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the correct execution of commercial, placement, reporting, and customer service activities.
