Senior Business Consultant – Marketing Automation

Role Overview

The Senior Business Consultant will lead complex client engagements, architect ecosystem strategies, and drive measurable business growth. They will serve as the primary technical and strategic authority, navigating client governance and communicating complex technical concepts with clarity and influence at the executive level.

What You Will Do

The role involves leading large projects within enterprise environments, proposing best-practice solutions, mapping progress against client KPIs, and serving as a mediator and decision-maker during escalations. The consultant will also facilitate strategic workshops, create rollout plans, design adapted or new processes, and present research-backed recommendations to guide client decision-making.

• Strong conceptual, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
• Fluent in Dutch is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Currently residing in the Netherlands with a valid right to work
