Role Overview

The role combines senior consulting and domain leadership with dedicated responsibility for people leadership. The Senior Business Consultant & Team Lead will connect business strategy, customer experience, and technology, shaping enterprise Marketing Automation solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach, and Klaviyo.

What You Will Do

The Senior Business Consultant & Team Lead will architect ecosystem strategies, align executive stakeholders, and steer enterprise clients toward high-value digital maturity. They will serve as the Primary Strategic & Technical Authority, managing large projects within enterprise environments, proposing best-practice solutions, and mapping progress against client KPIs.

• Strong conceptual, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
• Fluent in Dutch is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
