Role Overview
Lead generation, sales outreach, and relationship building for a company that specializes in interior paneling and design products. The role involves managing sales pipelines, tracking metrics, and collaborating with the sales team.
What You Will Do
Prospect and identify potential customers, research and qualify leads, make follow-up phone calls and emails, and develop personalized communication strategies to engage customers and drive sales.

Requirements
- 2 or more years of inside sales experience
- Understanding of sales techniques, processes, and strategies
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of tracking sales metrics and reporting
- Experience with B2B and understanding of offline and e-commerce business
- Technical proficiency with CRM software, email tools, and other sales technology platforms
- Familiarity with Shopify and experience in e-commerce sales (plus)
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborates well with customer service and operations team
Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
