CRO / Experimentation Developers

Role Overview

We’re looking for several CRO / Experimentation Developers for a leading tech company in Europe. The role is 100% remote and long-term.

What You Will Do

Experience in conversion testing, including A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT). Hands-on experience with an experimentation platform, Dynamic Yield preferred.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing experiments and personalization. Experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).

Requirements

• Experience in conversion testing, including A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT)
• Hands-on experience with an experimentation platform, Dynamic Yield preferred; Optimizely or Adobe Target also welcome
• Strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing experiments and personalization
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Comfortable implementing and validating test variations directly in live production environments
