Role Overview

The Director, Business Development Strategy and Executive Operations is a trusted advisor and operational partner to the SVP of Global Business Development, responsible for driving the organization’s operating rhythm, ensuring organizational improvement, supporting the strategic growth of the team, and providing strategic support to the core Global Business Development functions and their executive leaders.

What You Will Do

Own the SVP’s operating rhythm, serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare executive communications, and support the tracking of Global Business Development KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • 8–12 years of experience in business operations, global business development, or management consulting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Executive presence and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Strategic thinking paired with operational execution discipline
  • Strong influence skills absent direct authority over cross-functional stakeholders
