Manager, Growth & Strategy

Role Overview

The Growth & Strategy Manager will support the development and execution of corporate and project-level strategy across the organization. The role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic priorities, solve complex business and project challenges, develop decision frameworks and business cases, and drive critical initiatives from analysis through execution.

The Manager will play a key role in translating company strategy into actionable plans, improving how major projects and strategic initiatives are structured and managed, and providing rigorous analytical support for high-impact decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Typically, eight to ten years of experience in corporate and project strategy, financial for infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects, management consulting, or similar business roles.
• Experience building and owning end-to-end financial models for major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects, and presenting them to executive leadership.
• Experience navigating both the technical and commercial sides of a project, partnering effectively with engineering, commercial, and finance teams.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch, create sensitivity cases, and structure models thoughtfully.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior team members supporting financial modeling and strategic planning.
