Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
- Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions, delivering measurable results
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including expertise in challenging closes, stakeholder management, and building key internal partnerships
