We are looking for a driven, analytical, and results-focused Business Development Manager to join our fast-paced and expanding Xsolla Ads team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to shape a new business line from the ground up, working at the intersection of payments, monetization, and business development within the rapidly growing gaming industry.
Requirements
- Onboard game developers and studios to our platform and educate them on Xsolla’s monetization and advertising solutions.
- Understand what matters most to your partners and develop an action plan to help them achieve their business goals.
- Set up monetization strategies with developers by leveraging best practices for creative performance, targeting, and optimization.
- Define and analyze key performance metrics to ensure success for our gaming partners.
- Become an expert on Xsolla’s advertising and monetization products for the gaming industry.
- Partner with the broader Xsolla Business Development and Product teams to support regional and global growth.
