People Ops Generalist

XTM Group is seeking a People Ops Generalist (HR Generalist) to join their global People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have high integrity, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail, along with a results-driven mindset. This role will support smooth, reliable People operations day to day, from onboarding and benefits to payroll coordination and employee support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
• Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to work independently, proactively and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Hands-on experience with HR systems
• Experience with coordinating team events
• A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
• Passion for people, culture, and process improvement
