Requirements
- Proven experience working with Sephora in Europe in a trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation capacity
- Strong understanding of Sephora’s retail model, activation mechanics, VM requirements, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs
- Background in trade marketing, brand management, or retail marketing within beauty or lifestyle brands
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and high execution standards
- Patient, diplomatic, and professional in external retail relationships
